Been sitting on this one for a while. Nothing really special beyond the render itself looking good to me.
GND2 posed in Poser, imported to Blender, and rendered there.

This is one of the best Blender works I have seen yet, but which plugin did you use to import from the model Poser? Can't say I've seen many cars with transparent sides, though.

I have to say that the sides don't seem transparent to me. they look very reflective. almost mirror like. And the girl looks shiny due to the sharp light coming from above/back of here. Maby you should try the sss thingy in blender? And some matt materials on the girl. Also set up some soft shadows. I can't tell how many lights you have set up. But it seems like there is atleast 3 lamps there. I am guessing that theese are regular lamps too. The scene would be better off with a more diverse bakground too. But its nice. @Dramaking. There is a importer for obj. format in blender that I am guessing Einzie1 has been using that one.

I love the wheels,like the car. I'm not familiar w/ poser stuff. IMHO the pose looks a little un natural.
