An excellent image. The skin of the character, I think, should be less crispy, more blurry so it blends better with the overall image. But it's only my point of view and you're the artist in charge...

Definitely keep the eyes. I'd say blur the mouth area a little. Just a little to make it seem more a part of its environment.

Hazaaa this is cool man, I say sharpen up the edges on that airbrush stuff, but leave the rest soft. That soft contour damages the crispness of the rest of the image, but the softness of the interior forms makes for good contrast. Peace.

This image really grabs the viewer. I wouldn't blur anything, but perhaps the eye area could do with a little more contrast to add depth. You know, Joker, we're only being hard on you because you're so damn good!
