Description
The small structure at the top of the cliff is a lookout for the local coastguard. The building looked tiny from this angle.
i am gradually starting to realise that there are plenty of other buttons to play with on my cam apart from landscape mode :-) The mission was to get some nice evening shots of Lizard lighthouse but i failed miserably the sun was better placed in the morning. Not quite brave enough to take shots into the sun yet.
Hope you are having a good weekend and thanks for looking.

WONDERFUL!!! I'm glad you pointed out the tiny building up there!! The view is spectacular! Don't be afraid of shooting into the sun!! Is it digital?? Just shoot till ya get one! Practice makes perfect!! I saw this little umbrella that fits on the tripod....about 6 or 7 inches across. I am kicking myself for leaving in the store....so cool! :o)b

A wonderful capture, so rugged is your coastline... We have a similar lookout At Bayness. I love the wild flowers growing on the cliffs. Superb work from you. Hugs. Diane.

Only when I got to the end of my sailing text did I realize this is the spot where "Brittania" was not seen from when "America" approached. Blind history is an avarice. Eventually you sweep it up.

Not only is it a very good photograph in composition and natures lighting, meaning being at the right place at the right time, but also the image would make a great painting. Thank you for sharing. egmont
