Thank you for visiting my home page.
My name is Bud, and I have been on this site for, I think, about 10 years. I am just now am getting around to creating a home page.Â
I must say that I have enjoyed Renderosity and the interactions with others as I attempt to share and improve on my hobby The feedback I have received has been very helpful to me.
I have recently retired after working over 30 years in the mental health profession and now have more time to devote to the things I really love. This includes spending time with my grandson, one of my favorite subjects, and photography.
I would like to thank my wife for being such a good sport and inspiration by encouraging me to continue with my hobby. She has always been my favorite model.
I hope the fun here will continue for at least another 10 years.
Thanks again,
Â

Interesting capture, a nice composition...Maybe just a little more work on the postwork could have helped, just to pull out a little more constrast detail.

I love that graveyard!!! LOL :p I mean I love to take shots there. I took a few in that spot too, cuz you can get the whole town in the photo. Great in Sepia, it gives it that old look. Glad you got to make it out here again and hope you got to explore a little too!

I find it interesting that the structures for the dead are newer and more modernized than the structures for the livng. Wow, looks like it would be an interesting place to visit and shoot.

I understand that people can still be buried here, but, you have to have been born in Bodie. So that means that there are 10 people left who are eligible to be burried in this cemetary. Thank you all for your comments
