That's what the people who work there call the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Association, and they seemed to be busy all along the Alaskan coast. And what a vessel to get busy with! Why do they need six launches, anyway? Your tax dollars at work....

Six launches? Run a GOOGLE: "NOAA + S221" For starters ... http://www.omao.noaa.gov/publications/raflier.pdf This vessel is the RAINIER, and there is plenty on the web about it and the use of the launches. Great POV.
