Description

"Here comes summer, school is out, oh happy days!" Some of you oldies out there may remember that song by Dave Clark Five. This is for all the parents that will be facing the yearly phenomena when the schools close (how dare they!) and hundreds of thousands of screaming children have a new found freedom (they think) to pursue their right (they think) to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, which in plain English means, to drive their parents to the verge of madness in three months or less. Now, before you decide to email on untrue this is. I've been there, done it, paid the dues and even bought the bloody T-shirt...or so I've been told. :o)...To you my soon to be wary intrepid parents savor and cherish every minute, they grow up too fast...oh and drink a lot of fluids. :o) Thank you all for the wonderful comments and fav'd on my last image. LOL! Definitely won't have me emailing you to claim it's untrue. The kids here have been out for 2 weeks now and already I'm going bonkers and ready to run away from home! ;) Very cute pic! She looks a real sweetie, though... I doubt she'd drive anyone nuts! ;)

I think the Alice Cooper song seems appropriate;-) I always made my daughter go to summer school/camp,poor thing! It kept us both sane. This is so adorable--your renders are a delight always!

I have 3 more days left until schools out,lol, I actually look forward to it as mine is now of an age where she wants to sleep till noon and since I am a night owl it works out great for me,lol! :o) But tis true, after the first few days go by I start hearing complaints of "boredom". :o)))))))))

Ah the age of innocent children and times. My kids were more into Def Leppard, KISS, etc., and those types at the time. I cringe to think what they are into now. :o) Bunny
