Description

Here you see the colors of neon paint I mix with water to pour and let run on my face. Please keep your mouth shut and watch out for the eyes and noise if you do theis yourself. Oh and put dow something bigger to catch the paint as it run off your face. I tip over the glass of paint onto the liveing room rug too so you may wish to do this some where else. I do not mind people copying me. I know we will do diff effects on this. I did put on auto level on this one to show the red. It was the only way for I thin out the red toom much. I did mix blue too but you see a lot of blue here If you look for some lighter blue that the paint. You see the background and my face as about the same texture. I do have a blue "Quier walk"[goes under carpet] on the floor to catch the paint as it runs off my face. I was surpise to see the same textures on the background and face. It just happen that way. I painted my face with black paint and let that dry then I put petroleum jelly on my face. The jelly will give off a blue hue under the UV Lighting. I also learn my camera have a hard time focusing with the jelly at times I think anyway. thanks for comments and looking too

Jocko, you are an amazing and creative artist who will go to great lengths to arrive at new, surprizing, and visually powerful art images!!! Not only does this turn out to be a cool artwork, but you may also use work like this to get hired in the movie special effects field. Bravo!

Fabulous color and lighting effects in this super, super shot! Wow, the agony you endure for the ecstacy of your art! That is some effort you put out for this great concept, Jocko! Did you ever think of doing makeup on the actors in horror movies?

I sure hope you keep your drapes closed when you are doing this. I can imagine what people passing by would say... or maybe they'd just run like heck, babbling. LOL Really cool shot!

you look like I did many times after painting over my head.one of my spray machines blew a hose and oil base went all over my hair and one eye. I had no choice but to use paint thinner to clean my eye and hair

I spotted that Sherman Williams shirt too, very appropo considering your playing with paints!! This is very cool too, but I laughed at all your cautions, the things you do for art!! Ain't no way I'm gonna be pouring paint on myself anytime soon!! But I'm for sure enjoying what you are doing! At the same time, this is a bit freaky ..
