Another image in the 'Tower' series that I'm uploading throughout the next week or so. They were all taken the previous Sunday at a place simply called 'the Tower'. The Tower is/was a penthouse apartment on a downtown highrise building in Durham, NC.
Last week, there was a fire in the Tower, destroyed everything. Luckily the owner wasn't home at the time and the rest of the building is just offices, but it happened at the worst possible time...when the unfortunate man was without insurance.
So, a group of his closest friends, photographers, and models got together to do a photoshoot there so that later they might hold a showing and auction to help raise money for him.
I was lucky enough to be invited to join in this gathering, and these new pics are some of the results that I got of that day.
Please visit: www.towerofdurham.org
That's the website where you'll soon be able to purchase these shots and multiple other images taken by other photographers who were also shooting at the same location that same day.
And as always, thanks everyone for viewing!

Nice initiative. Investigating the origin and cause of fires is actually my full time job. I find that way too many people are without insurance... Buy some, it's worth every penny !!

A great image made more interesting by your comments. I really like the POV here, and all those burnt textures really contrast nicely with the model.
