Description
Pickering Castle is set in an attractive moors-edge market town. It is a classic and wellpreserved example of an early earthwork castle refortified in stone during the 13th and 14th centuries, centred upon a shellkeep crowning an impressive motte.

I've walked over that bridge! Well about 10 years ago. I went on a school trip when i was little. I think this shot would work awesomely, in sepia toning. By any chance, when you walked over the bridge, did you look down? Amongst the wall, you can sometimes see old english pennies.
