Description
Yesterday I painted some balls with traditional watercolor paints..and I kept asking myself, why I couldnt get past a certain point in my digital painting..not to say the watercolor balls looked realistic lol..
But, questioning myself, helped me..I think this is much better than other faces I have done. Although I could not achieve the realism I wanted..I am satisfied, because Im progressing..
lol--atleast I think so :)
Painted in PSP7. Thanks for looking and your comments

You are definitely progressing and at least you have the nerve to try. I think she's sensational and I like the (beehive?) hairdo. Her lips are great looking too!

This is really uniquely expressive art ... very well done!

Well, I see you've gone from Van Gogh to Salvador Dali, or Max Ernst! You certainly do have many different styles. Nicely done.

Yes, as my friend Gene (2Loose2Trek) said, this is very expressive art! You seem disturbed not to be at the level you want, this is our general problem in spite of the fact that some are, for sure, more advanced than others. But to speak in terms of competition is meaningless and stupid as everybody tries to learn more and give the best of him or her. I do not know if you know Gene's work, but if not, try to understand how he does, he has a marvelous gallery. You could also contact Dan Ritchie, an enchanting digital painter who has launched a strange and fascinating painting app, Project Dogwaffle. For example you can see here: http://www.thebest3d.com/dogwaffle/free/ Have an enchanting summer! 5+!

Notr quite what I expected, but very interesting to say the least! DO keep up the good work. I'd say that my friend Gerard (Elcet) has said just about all that I could've added, so I'll just say this. You have an interesting vision and talent, and that we'd all be the poorer without your contributions to the community! DO keep up the good work. DPH
