Looks good! One observation: don't forget that ships at anchor, as you have shown, would show their anchor ropes or chains from the hawse holes at the bow, or from the aft part of the ships. Your scene seems to show both frigates at anchor, so where are the hawsers (anchor ropes)? Otherwise, both vessels would be drifting... I do like your use of Atmospheric Perspective (the sea mist), nice touch. Maybe another nice touch would be sailors in the tops or on the yards doing what all sailors have done, for millenia, ongoing repairs, splicing rigging, or other onboard activities while at anchor or in port... a good scene otherwise.
