A bit hard to give advice without the EXIF date, but from what I see it looks pretty good to me, looks like you have used quite a high ISO for the amount of noise? this is one area very different to film, looks like your main focal point is the leaves, which you have captured most of the detail, to get better detail on the subject you could try changing your metering from matrix, to centre weight or even spot metering.
