This shot is actually a scanned photograph that I took some years ago. My apologies for those perfectionists of you that will probaly see all sorts of things. I like it and wanted to share this precious moment. The picture was taken from my cottage bedroom window, overlooking the telephone wire in my back garden. I've done some work on the levels and saturation, but being new to diggy software, I'm still very much learning. Stay tuned there are some more in this series. Thanks for looking. Loz. x

I love the tenderness with birds when they are feeding and find it fascinating how they can do that whilst hovvering. Great action shot Loz and sometimes it's the subject matter that is of most importance in a shot first and foremost, the technicalities are secondary and you most definitely have captured a wonderful subject!! xx
