Description

At least I think it's a Ford, from way back in the 1930s that's been all gussied up. Captured 10/30/06 at the Los Alamitos Auto/Copter Expo Show held annually at the beautiful Armed Forces Reserve Center in beautiful Los Alamitos, California. My humble dedication to all us dads out there on our special day. I have so many hundreds of pictures that would have been entirely appropriate for this day that I had a devil of a time choosing one. I'll probably get static on this, but, generally speaking, Father's Day definitely plays second fiddle to Mother's Day. And, the background was blurred for sharper auto effects. Have a momentous what's left of the weekend!

I alway wish I had a car like this. I could pay one now if I had the money. [one place I can go and buy one for $25,000] right now. I then drive out west and take photos of you photo something.[most likely a cat that jump on the car] lol;;; cool shot

What an amazing paint job!! The bright colours are fantastic and this is definitley a fitting tribute to all the dads out there today. And yes, you are right I think.... Mother's Day over here in the UK always seems to get so much more hype and advertising in the shops and on TV beforehand - my kids barely knew more than about three days ago that today was Father's Day!! Such a shame too. Great shot Harry. xx

Yeah...this is realy a hotnrod. Love the painting suit for a Ford. Great Father's Day shot. Some country still not celebrate Father's day...shocking!Dad's just as important than mums.
