I only had a few seconds to capture this image, so I shot wide and then cropped later. I am rather happy with the Henri Cartier-Bresson moment I was able to capture, with the little girl daintily lifting her dress as she jumps down from the curb after playing in the water. I grunged up the image a bit in photoshop and destaturated it, leaving only the hydrant in color -- and even that I toned down a bit. Viewing full size shows off the detail the best. I love this type of shot. I admire Henri Cartier-Bresson's work immensely and I try to 'capture the moment' in my people photography. This is a delightful capture. Well done!

Great non-posed shot ( definitely not a David Bailey ), very wet and natural, the hydrant high-light gives it that little bit exrta ! Well done & ~Cheers~ :o)
