spent some time on presentating this. the fractal itself is orientated on le corbusier's modulor, or rather the golden section. Hope you like it!

I was struck by the sheer golden material blowing in the astral breezes .. and then noticed the title .. and began to look for an eye. I did find one, but don't think that's it. The image and it's presentation are awesome, but I don't get the eye reference.
