Description

'Sister' shot of Just a drop. I just loved the way the raindrops were on the inside. Kinda like an irish umbrella. Maybe I should have used that as a title! ;) Lol Haven't a clue what this flower is, it is one of the ones that grows wild by the fort. So is probably a weed, but hey, it's a pretty weed! It's malva. Not a weed! They're a close relative to the hollyhock. Like hollyhock, the malva gets quite tall. I have purple malva in my garden, and they get up to seven or eight feet in height! They're an annual that re-seeds freely, so at some point someone must have put some there on purpose, and they liked the conditions and multiplied. Great shot!

A lovely pov on this pretty flower. The drops are a nice touch. Would like to see a bit more focus though. Its too pretty a shot to not crisp up a bit.
