Despite it's ridiculous space ship and wholly unnecessary public announcements in the construction site, I found the movie a joy to watch. It will be interesting to see what Spielberg does with it. Very nice poster though! Gets you a 5 !!

I like the poster. It reminds me of my innocent childhood, going down to the town theater by myself on Saturday the see the latest SF movie. Innocent times too.

Love the retro poster style, some neat FX and subdued colour palette, all help to create the old movie feel. Well done & ~Cheers~ :o)

Very creative and right up my alley!! Superb realization of George Pal's film. I wasn't pleased with Spielberg's remake of "War of the Worlds", so I'm not holding my breath on this one. Great faux poster! 5 stars.

You've got the look, color, traditional elements. all working as a re-creation of the era. Even the type font looks like what I would have imagined the original to have been like. The size of the title, IMO, is too small. It looks like you've held back so as not to overlap your cool elements (which I can commiserate) but as a publicity device you want to burn in that name so that people remember to go see it when it comes out. My recommendation would be to fill that void with the title. cheers

I like this one better then the first. You're in your element. Maybe enlarge the title a bit.

This is brilliant! Nicely thought out and executed - with just the right balance of elements. Enlarge the title and you have one of your own classics!!

Very cool, though I have to agree with deci6l about the title; the origional poster had big honking letters that grabbed attention well.
