Description

This is a dripper bowl I set up for our Birdies. Seems the robin couldn't care less that he had an audience! That's a 20" diam. top bowl of their "Fascinator". We have robins the size of CHICKENS here - but then again - We FEED them WELL! They're so funny when they literally KNOCK each other OUT of the bowls fighting for their turns. The "dripper" is set to drop about ONE drop per second - so it's always sparkly & SIMPLY IRRESISTABLE to our feathered friends! adorable shot. I have baths set up in my yard too. But we mostly have crows, sparrows, blue jays and pigeons in our neightborhood. The few doves and mockingbirds don't come down into the yards much. The clarity of this is wonderful and I really like the pov.

There's so much I love about this picture; and its going to make me have a look at all of your gallery :) .. the focus is right on! The colors are beautiful and look at the waterdrop you managed to capture too .. wow .. its perfect. I just love this. And just the fact that you captured him taking a bath!!

THANK YOU so much - One & All!! He was SPLASHING sooo BADLY - I almost never GOT a "clean shot" of him for all the wild SPRAY he was kickin up! I was only standing less that 10" away, taking pix of my LArk Sparrows - It was just soooo HOT & he FINALLY gave up on me GOING AWAY - Before he just JUMPED IN & went for the GUSTO!!! This was one of those REALLY "happy accident" shots! Thanx again! Teri
