Description

Cutting the main engines at 2,000 meters, with the wings pulled down, the pilot pushed the lower flaps out, forcing the Erinyes straight up through the cloud cover. They were going to pop-up right in the middle of the target area. The Binrai would not be expecting a solo assault craft to take on their entire airborne defense perimeter. "We may be outnumbered, but we're certainly not outgunned", mumbled the pilot. His gunner chuckled menacingly, flipping the Ares AI weapons system on and engaging the Erebus stealthing device. "Let's show these upstarts what happens to those who defy Dystopia." Modeled and rendered in LightWave. Background sky generated in Vue. Thank you very much for taking the time to view this image.

I have been fortunate to have flown in jet fighters a decade ago. This image reminds me powerfully of those late afternoon take-offs from Pt Mugu, and heading out over the Pacific. Lovely.
