This is especially for my Son Simon who has passed his first year at University, despite of a great deal of adversity.

this is outstanding Steve.exceptional work and she fits right into the background.this particular area of a closed community has a monthly association fee of $600.00 .my house is paid for for several years but my former house payment was not that much.another adjacent area is $1000 per month.I never heard of dues that high.they do have lots of trails and amenities but not for that much
