Description
This unusually striped rose is a hybrid perpetual called Ferdinand Picard. It is one of the 'old' roses popular in Victorian and Edwardian times. It has both a rich fragrance and a really straggly growth habit, but, since we've been friends for years, Ferdinand can stay!
