Description

Bamburgh Castle Many would have seen it - many more would not have seen it. Got my trainers - feet and socks soaked getting this shot.Stood on the edge of the beach and the surf came rolling in - worth it though I think as the sun came thru and the mist lifted. Bamburgh Castle sits on the north eat coast of England in Northumbria. which boasts a number of castles and excellent wild life.If you are in the UK a place well worth a visit. Eddie

As Eddie has said a truly fantastic place, full of real history and one of great importance at one time.There are lots of castles ,some in ruins not very far away from Bamburgh and like eddie says well worth a look,i should know i only live a few miles from there,lucky me i quess
