Welcome Friends
I am so glad you stopped in to visit.
My name is Kimberly Stevens, aka Kimberly.3D or BrightSoul.
I am an artist, 2D and 3D and I am having fun just working on new models all the time and web design.
I have my own site at www.kimberly3d.com/index.htm however it is a pleasure to be a member at Renderosity and create a home page here!
I think Renderosity has helped me come further in my art than I would have on my own and this is much appreciated.

Nice body posing and lighting. The only minor detraction is that her right hand is poking through her dress, so her fingers seem to disappear.

Nice image & pretty colour, maybe a little more contrast on the image to give it depth.

i love your use of color in this. i never would have thought brown, turquoise and lavender would go together; and you've made them work well. in fact, that dress would probably look great with a little aqua just to punch things up and tie the matting to the main figure. i agree that some more contrast, especially in the shading of the structure, could increase the power and impact of the image. also, a skin shader to differentiate the woman's skin from other substances would make her a little more interesting. her very pale skin is already very eye-catching; some material tweaking could make it a little more complex. the composition is very good (i love the trees, and the position of the moon), but it seems to have a lot of neutral space. basically, space where nothing's really happening, but it's not negative space. the figure is just about dead center in the image, with a huge amount of space between her and the edge of the image in every direction. nothing really happens in the lower half of the image, and nothing seems to have as much importance as the figure, but she's a small percentage of space in the image. if you wanted to eliminate some of the neutral space, i'd suggest zooming in, creating a slightly tighter composition (especially vase and candelabra placement), and moving the figure off-center to create more drama. that said, it would probably affect the trees in the background to the right, and i love how you've used those. nice work!

Very interesting choice of colors. I would crop the lower part of the image, there's too much black there and nothing really happening. The fingers through her thigh/dress are a pity because it's so obvious that it becomes distracting, at least for me.
