Description

The forests in the realm of Athenor had been menaced for far too long by Berlaith the Green, the spined dragon. Angered at his abuse of the forest, the Centaur Knight, Tacicitus, boldly entered his lair, accompanied only by his closest companion, the sorceress Aelwyn. Will they defeat the mighty beast? ONly you can finish the story. Sorceress's armor for Vicky is the "Sylpheel Armor" Centaur's "Horse Texture" is the Bay, don't know the artist, it came from the centaur character pack. Rendered in Poser, minor touchups and the lightning bolt (not the glow, just the lightning bolt) done in Photoshop.

Very cool dragon, and over all a great picture. The only minor quibble that I have is that the centaur looks a little awkward holding such a large sword in one hand...

I used a prop in the shape of the "magic", with a bulb around the girl's hand, one around the torso of the dragon, and a shape connecting the two. I then set Transparency min to 100%, t Max to about 20% (yes, reverse of normal), and falloff to about 2 or 2., and set the highlight/reflection to black, and the color and ambient color to light blue.

Really, really cool. The magic effect is kick-ass and the armor on the centaur is beautiful and yet familiar. ;-) There is something about the centaur pose though. Overall, it rocks. Did you make the Dragon? In what program?
