Description

'The Signalman's Daughter' It's been a while since I last posted, I've been out of the loop for a few weeks recharging my creative batteries. I wanted this image to be heavy, oppressive and mysterious and if possible a little haunting too. I used a limited colour palette and noise the size of golf balls for effect. The original image is 8000 X 7000 (160mb). Thanks for looking Tony

I would say you achieved your goal. beautifully done, but very disturbing.. but perhaps that is just my perspective as a parent.

I love the monochromatic colours and perspective of composition. Moody and haunting. I had to do a double take to find the little girl. She is very mysterious. (^_^)
