Description

Things have changed a little (As in iClone has become a remarkable Version 2 now.) but this is an early BillBoard Film Poster I put together just at the point when competing forums suddenly realised, "Oh yes, iClone CAN be good for stills after all!" A fun challenge especially as this was the first time we'd used version 1.5 for anything serious like a cartooned film poster. While the software, which is relatively new and evolving exceptionally fast, is superb for animation and anim-cartooning (Lets remember that it does take a little time but its leagues faster than drawing cels by hand) it's equally, if not more so, powerfully enabled at creating cartoons and stills with a little retouching. The joints at extreme bends may require some airbrushing and you may like to add some shadows here and there despite itsd remarkable ability to do even this, but the end result, with some imagination and Disney Magic, makes for very pleasant and satisfying output. If you're like me, and couldn't draw a fig, this is the software for you and a hel of a handfull. We're not into the standard tutorials, they seem to be everywhere, instead, we've decided to focus on specialisation of those who take the work produced much further than the software normally allows. Byu this we mean, as in the example of the title header graphics of any page, we've turned thjis into a movie of format 1000x140 because its dead space now unless youre in tune with and deploy the latest technologies. By this we mean using iCLone for header graphics because it handles fine thin formats. Then throw the output pieces into Uleads Video Studio to splice and dice and title and THEN throw this output avi into Turbine Video Encoder and you've got yourself something which is rare, unique, self identifying in a very classy way and totally utilises the header space even if the rest of the page doesnt have space for a rats finger. Rats don't have fingers??? Actually, in iClone anything's possible and Rats DO have fingers and speak, sing and dance as well as act.

It's going to happen John, believe me. We stuck and remastered some of the dances and etc in the new title movie we just set in place. Actualy, because of the demands on this, and because the movie is now sucking out about 2 GIGABYTES A DAY BANDWIDTH from our servers, we're just in the process of opening and setting up a four terrabyte server with no bandwidth restrictions so that we can carry on. But you're the only person who knows what the storyline is outside these walls. :o) So.... Shhhhh !
