I'm Janis, living in Paris.
After theater, poetry and painting for many years, photo is my huge passion since 3 years!  I'm a self-made woman...... oh yes!:o)   I'm so sorry I can't write correctly in english but I can read your comments and of course they are welcome!
"The lens as sole whitness!... fugitives moments, dreams, in a single word increment one of my passions and share it with you happyness and emotions"!
Je suis absolument autodidacte... he oui!:o)
"L'objectif comme seul témoin!... des instants fugitifs, du rêve, en un mot mettre àprofit une de mes passions et vous en faire partager la joie et les émotions"!

I like it Janiss. The water inside the glass and the treatment you applied to the image makes it very interesting to watch. I don't see a need to apologize, you've done nothing wrong in my book...

I, for one, love all your wonderful images, especially the glass series!! I think people who say these things are only jealous of your unique talent!!! This is another example of your wonderful creativity and photographic skills. Superb work, my friend! Eileen xxx

you do wonders with glass and reflections and light.

Donc si tu aimes ce the: continue!

I love your glass and reflection series and am always looking out for your next upload. Your work is of an original and unrivalled quality and, in my opinion, is beyond critism. The fact that a minority of people have deliberately tried to upset you is particularly upsetting to me. My only advice is to keep on with your marvelous work, because everyone else enjoys it so much!!! I apologise that my French is not good enough anymore to tell you this in your language, but I am practicing again, and one day will be able to write in French well enough to comment to you. Admirational work as always Janis XX

This is superb. I agree you should ignore those people who ridicule. They are just jealous, perhaps. I've more than my share of harassers. They need to be ignored. If it gets any worse, perhaps report them to a moderator here. Don't stop what you love to do! If this comes from your heart, then it is always going to be good. :o)

Interestingly enough, it's the wicker chair that gets my eye, here. I always enjoy your posts, Janiss. I think you should explore this as long as you need to. That's how great things develop. When you're ready, you'll move on. In the meantime, I think they're wonderful and unique. As to your English, no need to ever apologise. You do just fine and your comments are always appreciated. Have a great weekend. -M :^)

One picture speaks a thousand words.. Your creative explorations are done when you are yourself.. In the meantime we enjoy your creative images..

You are doing great Janiss... you don't need nice words neither in English or French... your pictures speak alone and your style is unique. And of course it's a real pleasure to read any of your comments in my work... it's a pleasure for me because you spend part of your tome in it. Art doesn't need a language! A big hug, Elizabeth ;O)

I never tire of your work, in fact, I can't keep up with you you post so often! I have no complaints, and think you're an incredibly gifted photographer. (sorry if this is hard to read, I'm gushing an awful lot on it, I know)

Please continoue this series. I enjoy them a lot. Every single one of them is different I personaly love them. Never mind what "those" guys say, obvious they don't see and appreciate the art in your work. Don't let them spoil your days, not worth it!! We understand you and some other photographers have a slight difficulty with english, it is OK. I never find problem with your english anyway. Keep going girl and just laugh in there face.

Superbe shot, sweet Janis. How could anyone ever tire of your work?? No matter what the subject matter is. It is unique, beautiful and very much YOU!! I have never ever had a problem understanding you for you always speak directly from your heart... Your art is second to none at RR.. Rise above the unkind comments, it is sad we all have to do this from time to time, yes... it is hurtful. I love that you comment my works in french. I translate and love to do this. I do not use translator to comment works because I once made a big mistake, well the translator did!! Janis post any work that you love, Do not be swayed by others opinions. I KNOW you will not be... for you are a very strong artist and woman. Look :-) I write a book to you :-) I raise my glass with you... one day in Bay, I cook good too. et gros Bisous sweet beautiful lady. Douce Diane. I hope I spell it right ;-)))) xxxx

I love your glass and liquid images, if other people don't like them that's their problem! And commentary in any language is welcome, you do not have to apologize for imperfect English any more than I have to apologize for my atrocious French.

Keep up your wonderful work Janiss! Often times when someone is unable to do what you do, they stoop to belittle the work and pick it apart. Very SMALL of them indeed! Don't let a couple of sourpusses stand in the way of your vision!!!! When I look at them...as I looked at this one and before I read your paragraph, I said...HOW DOES SHE DO IT!!??? (They are so amazing!) :o)b
