Interesting concept - can't imagine what it must feel like to have those metal tubes stuck through your face (ouch!) - stands to reason you'd have to be supernatural to put up with the pain. :) It's a very nice composition and a challenging concept - I like the poetry you attached as well. Yes, very challenging.
