I really need some feedback on this one, boys and girls...it needs something, but I don't know what. Thanks for looking.

Great idea, well realized! The only thing I can think of that it needs is a bit more glow around the clock face. LCD displays tend to be fairly bright.

maybe the time should have stood out more, other than that i like the grainy look to it, sort of how your eyes feel at that time of the night..wonderful work

Been there, done this, too. It's fine just the way it is. Love the humor (like Steven King is really going to help). Just for fun, raise up the background wall, insert a window and put in that big moon from "Wreckage: Repost." Could be straight on or just a partial window in the right hand corner.

Hey, and you've got great taste in reading material to boot! I think this is a great shot as is. The grain fits the theme perfectly and I've certainly seen a similar view of my nightstand on many occasions. You don't happen to have a copy of Stephen King's Insomnia, do you?:-)
