Description

Used Deep Fog, Deep Fog Falloff and rain for the Mood Master layer. In Photoshop, I copied the building facade and flipped it upsidedown, then used the distortion/glass filter to get roughness. Erased the curbs and got a pretty good wet look reflection on the street. Raised the ambiance to the glass to get the lit window effect. Transpond's Baker Street model

Very nicely done. Far better than what I could do. Some suggestions for possibly making it more "realistic;" add some splatter (both short vertical lines and circular rings). Still, wonderfully rendered as is.
