Very sad to hear and read the news of your departure, Kai... Although I fully understand that everybody needs a break (RR is so demanding...) It's because there are people like you that R'osity is such a great community... Take care and stay in touch :~)

Well, I'm not privy to the reasons behind this decision, but I have to tell you that your images and presence here will indeed be missed. Wonderfully captured and postworked vista there BTW.

I really have enjoyed studying your style of postwork..your images become almost surreal, a painting like quality.. The only critique I could possible give, it the small bits of grass in the lower right corner, could have been removed..or more of them included..everything else is at a much greater distance.. ahh...That's just my two cents..Wishing you the best

You picked a good one to go out on. This image is fantastic; the contrasts between the green hills and thunderclouds rolling in over the ocean is just pure awesome. I tried to do a similar thing with a couple of recent images only to be blown out of the water by this masterpiece, and I'm not just saying that because I'll miss you. I'm so sad to see you go, man, and like alot of others here who don't keep up with the forums I am curious as to why you've decided to leave. I'm tempted to try and persuade you to stay but I know it's none of my business. I was gonna leave a while back but decided to stick around because of the people here, even with all the dumbass highschool-style popularity contests, trolls, suck-ups and censorship -- if you're going because of any of those crappy things I can understand, and in a way I'm glad you're stronger than me. You are easily one of my all-time faves, right up there with Mayda and TwoPynts. Godspeed, dude.
