The family headed home at 5:15am. Everyone say, 'Hallelujah!' lol q-: Maybe this abstract is a bit descriptive of their VERY LONG visit. Sometimes fun, sometimes annoying, sometimes they were here, sometimes they were in & out, and sometimes it was chaos! They've got a 10 hour drive back to Kansas. Better them than us!
We'll miss them of course!

I love this image Carol. The colors are very soothing. Perhaps soothing is what you need after a hectic family visit. As happy as we are to see them leave, we tend to start looking forward to the next visit as soon as they are out of sight.

When I go to visit, 3 days are my limit. My Grandfather always told me that company like fish begin to stink after 3 days. ;o) This image gives me the feeling of being in a jungle with the light and shadows all around the vines and leaves. Beautifully done. Bunny

On the extreme left I see a dark bird just landed with something in its beak for the chirpy young. It seems your visitors made something of an impact - and now they are missed. Well, absence makes the heart grow fonder so you'll soon be looking for a return. Quiet lives are meant to be disrupted says I with tongue in cheek. I suspect you had some youngsters in the bunch.
