I like the bottom picture more. It shows that there is skylight and a chance for clear weather yet it will not happen as the intense clouds starts to move in. Excellent photo. Aloha

how appropriate that you have quoted Twain.... the location of my photo is Yosemite... I saw a sign on the way there that led to one of the cabins he stayed in in the hills of the "Gold Country" This is a lovely set of photos here... I just love the effect of the IR

I have to agree that the IR is wonderful to accent these photos. You certainly got the mood and emotion of a coastal storm here. Its been many years since I was in Ft. Lauderdale but I recognize it from your photos. :-) The storm here reminds me of so many I walked in along Galveston's seawall. But then, that was generally when hurricanes were on the way in and I was out to see the storm approach before leaving the Island. LOL!
