I'm a big peony fan, and this one is a real beauty. Did you get some shots of the ants just prior to it opening up? I used to watch them work over those buds for days before the peony would finally blossom forth. Beautiful shot.

Thank's and yes, I watched the ant's exploring whilst waiting for the bloom's but didn't capture their adventure's.
