My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
Â
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
Â
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!

Cool portrait, Bailey has a lot of character. Impressed by the DOF, kind of glad humans have smaller noses if you know what i mean ;)

Gorgeous Dog! I love the frontal view, makes her little nose all the more kissable :) She's got this dreamy look in her eyes, a fine capture! Her colours are so soft, and so natural....This photograph would confirm the wise old saying, by the looks of Bailey that a Dog is truly a man's best friend.... :) Beautifully captured doggy! Thank you for sharing Tara!

The other half of Barnum & Bailey! Step right up folks, one thin dime will get you in to enjoy the show! Great POV of what appears to be a Golden Labrador, but kinda difficult to determine the breed without seeing the rest of the doggie. Nice capture of the detail and tawny color, but -- Mister Gadfly strikes again -- I would have lessened the contrast and equalized the lighting so as to bring the nose, mouth and chin, plus the right side of the photo, out of the shadows.
