Description

These last days, I've been working on a new "render" for my pictures. I'm basically a painter ... as you can see here :o) This 50's pin-up "look and feel" wasn't created with a dedicated program (painter) or plug-in. I played only with sliders, curves and blending modes. And finally, this is a tribute the one of my favourite illustrator/painter : Gil Elvgren. As usual, comments are welcome and I hope you like that kind of "render" 'cause I think this is the way I will work from now. Peace

Beautiful image - Gil Elvgren (also my favorite) usually have his girls lookin' quiet exaggerated (in a good way) such as pouty lips, big smiles :) I wonder what it would look like with her smiling in an gil elvgren inspired pose? I really like how her skin looks - with the use of sliders, curves, blending modes - I think this looks good nodding Cheers :) Tina
