Description

In Prague, bars and meeting places are generally named with the prefix "U" (pronounced Ooh) and this picture is in the upstairs portion of a bar called U Sudu--which roughly translates to "At the Keg." It's an atmospheric bar with a small likeness of Rabbi Lev's Golem standing rather diminutively with the hard booze. It's a place steeped in history, based on the age of the building alone...it's at least 500 years old...sort of, but in all honesty it could be as young as 400 years old, give or take a day or two... Hopefully you enjoy this picture as much as I enjoy the bar that inspired me to take it. I don't know if it's art so much as an attempt to capture something that needs to be shared and well...thank you for viewing.
