Okay, this pic is no where close to being finished, but i though i'd share what i have so far.
THere's going to be a dragon half currled around the base, one paw on the ground, the other resting on top opf the globe. The dragons going to have a snarl that implies that "This is mine" kinda of a thing.
On a liter note, i think that this picture is going to kill my computer. I've never had it take so long to render an image. Of course, what could go wrong seems to be going wrong too. First it took about 6 hours to get the texture map to work on the mermaid top with out killing my computer, now there is a creepy eye thing going on with the mermaid.
