non abstract day for me today
thanks to gister for the scene template which i tweaked the mats and sky and water
i was trying for a late night stroll look but this probly ended up a little dark for some monitors so i hope you can see it ok!
hope all over the great pond in the USA had a wonderful 4TH of July and i only wish that we here in the UK had something like that!
thank you all who have commented on my recent art, i very much appreciate your kind words and help on how to improve ;D

Not bad ol Martin! I sure try to avoid nightime or dark images. Just too tricky to pull off effectively. You come real close with this one though. Love the atmosphere. Very moody indeed. Super job with the terrain and water and everything for that matter. Big thumbs up ol buddy from Dave :^)

I really love this, the composition is so beautiful and it really tells a story. May I recommend either putting a little depth of field on the character and the horse or improve the textures a little more by scaling up the detail? Nonetheless this is really well done; you have a great eye.
