Had to get in for my first session of chemotherapy on, of all days, my 49th birtday. To give it a lighter touch, I decorated my first fluid bag with a nice blue ribbon. It's not that hard to cover the impending doom of lung cancer with optimism ;-)) have a GREAT day, Dirk

My dad just did his 3rd chemoTx last week (same diag). His attitude is completely awesome and his optimism strong as ever. You both get a blue ribbon! :)

Nice touch. I know how boring drips can be. Hope you dont get too many side effects and it kills those cancer cells off quickly. Takecare of yourself:)

I do understand how you feel, it is a hard thing, but you creative mind keeps you going....hold on on it.....even when you will have bad days......I wish you the best and strength to beat against this bad illness....this image has power for some reason
