Description

This little waterfall (12 ft, 3.5 m) is only about 40 ft (12 m) above Multnomah Falls. I took this shot from a platform at the top of Multnomah Falls, so I had no options for getting a better angle. The primary drop of 542 ft (165 m) is right behind me, so I wasn't about to scramble down into the creek, either. :-) Thanks for stopping by and any comments.

I'm glad your spirit of adventure is infused with common sense so that we get to see the remainder of the waterfalls in the Gorge. This is another beauty that is photographed so well. I'm waiting for the Dennis Ginley Columbia Gorge Waterfall calendar to be published.

Wow! Complex and fascinating! For a small fall, it sure is showing off, lol. I love the little side falls, and the water must be flowing very fast for the main fall to have such a spectacular landing in the pool. Great shot :)

You sure know how to capture falls. The foliage in front of the main stream and the wet rocks to the right and shutter speed make this a pleasure to view.
