OK finished this one late for the challenge in the Wings forum but here is a finished render for you. Everything modeled in Wings 3D and rendered and rigged in Messiah.

Once upon a time to go deep diving you needed a bottomless bell. Even in WW-II the fuel tanks were open to the sea below and algae was a problem. To be buttoned up now is to go deep. Otherwise just hang on.
