Wow, all, thanks so much for the replies/comments! :] I'm pleased to have sparked an interest. To Abstract: the frame was the easy part! -grin- Any editting program that allows you to make layers will do it. Create an extra layer over your image, build the frame (I choose colors from the image itself), and play with the layer settings. For this frame, I used a "dodge" layer set to 25% opacity.
