Pure Bryce5! I was playing around with the metaballs feature and came up with this interesting piece.

Very neat, a little more variation in size of the bubbles would make it more interesting. IMHO

Very nice light & reflections...I wonder how many different textures & lights did u used for that...Congrats.

To answer your question, I used two textures on the metaballs. I used the basic mirror on the "puddle" and used the basic heavy glass texture on the "bubbles". Nothing more! And thanks to all the great comments!!

As for the lights. I used one spotlight, and the "natural" light from the atmosphere. Nothing more.
