I'm not too good with words and I don't want to disturb nobody....but as an artist I know what colours are..... and each of these colours are a precious treasure for me.... Now just imagine that you are going to do a picture and half of your colour palette disappears no more reds, greens and blues..... that's what's happening with our World ;O)

Exposing the works on a site, people I show the world, the world what artists and photographers of different nationalities and from the different countries, from all our major planet see. Showing kindly and beauty we become participants of the contribution to a coin box of World Elizabeth.

It's people with the lack of compassion and understanding that has got us in this situation in the first place. @chachi - You don't have time for recycling? For f**ks sake. "people just smoked pot and drank and listened to music" so what's wrong with that? Should they be out driving in their rediculous SUV's? ARGH!

Previous commnent- Well, to have a concert for global warming awareness is ridiculous. IT's just an excuse to have a concert and put a name on it. Nothing new was learned, people just smoked pot and drank and listened to music. And as far as the whole global warming farce, we didn't start it and even if we had, we cannot stop it. The planet goes through ice ages and hot climates. I say bring on global warming, do you know what my heating bill looks like?! I will drive my giant new SUV and smoke and do whatever I want. I will not recycle because it is way too inconvenient, I just don't have the time. Sorry. But as far as your artwork here, it is a cool composition if not a bit crowded. But very nice job overall.. -chachi NEW comment- Out driving my ridiculous SUV? YES! Because I am a productive member of society and . Those hippies at the "festivals" and concerts really don't do a damned thing. And there is a problem with them sitting around getting high other than the fact that they are getting NOTHING accompished---IT'S ILLEGAL! Like it or not, it's against the law here. What did that concert sovle?? They were even saying that because of the amount of people it actually caused damage to the "precious" ozone layer...(which is a fairy tale in my mind, if it does exist it's not going anywhere just because I drive a vehicle with a huge gas guzzling V8). In short, if these people are so damned worried about the envoirnment, then I want to see each and every last one of those hippies not EVER drive a car or ride in one, stop using natural gas to heat their homes, stop using eletricity, stop burning wood for fire, stop going to concerts about the planet that use untold amounts of electricity and basically go totally tribal. They will never get far without the things they thing are a threat, which those things are NO THREAT AT ALL. They can all go into the rainforest and eat sticks and bugs (oh wait, living creature) and berries. Let 'em rot out there..lmao...

Wonderful composition, Elizabeth..and spot on in your thoughts! If we, as a whole, stepped in rather than simply removing ourselves into our own respective little bubbles of passive apathy...our world, we, AND our planet...would be in infinitely better shape. :)

Excellent image and I support your point of view and your engagement for the issue. I dont believe that governments are strong or willing enough to keep their industries under control and force them to invest in and touse new environmental technologies. But maybe its possible with constant public protest. "chachi: Because I am a productive member of society." Says who? And who has the right to decide who is and who is not? "chachi: I want to see each and every last one of those hippies not EVER drive a car or ride in one, stop using natural gas to heat their homes, stop using eletricity, stop burning wood for fire, stop going to concerts about the planet that use untold amounts of electricity and basically go totally tribal." All or nothing, hmm. Cant you see that behaviour does matter? That its possible to change ones lifestyle without giving up all of omes identity or technology? So, thank you for the usual polemic statements.

Interesting artwork and you look to have stirred up quite a bit of emotion but then that is what art is about.

Conservation, saving our world, no, that will not happen. There is not any money in that. If there is not money in it for todays net profit, corporate worlds are not interested, I am sorry to be so negative, but from where I stand, it seems to be the truth.

I agree with everything you said Elizabeth, unfortunately the majors gain too much from destroying our poor planet, the ecosystem is already ruined with no chance of going back to normality...i really hope we all can contribute for this cause which relates so closely to all our lives!!Wonderful creation!!:-)

You launched a lot of discusiion with your image and text, and that's one of the meanings of real art: Let people start thinking. So you had a real message with this nice creation. In all comments above I read, I saw a lot of understanding and compassion, but also some nonsence (in one case both in one comment).

I see the need, I agree we must all do our part. But, there is a reality that must be seen, and changed if possible. Capitalism is has only one goal, one focus, one intent. That is PROFIT! Nothing else. Nothing else!!! As long as corporations, companies, governments, and politician can make a profit from stripping our resources away, fouling our atmosphere, sterilizing our sea, poisoning our waters, and creating genetic mutations they will do it, and nothing will stop them short of removing their power source. Voting is the most powerful weapon that the average citizen has, and it does count. Joined together, voters do have the power to change everything. If you don't believe, then get educated on the issues. And there are a few that need to pull their heads out of their axx to smell the flowers for a change. It might also save them a lot of wasted time filling the tanks of their gas guzzlers. Image how much more time there would be to enjoy life rather than standing at the end of a hose. Suzanne

Mankind has walked this planet for just under two-million years. He has driven this planet for less than a hundred. chachi, you say the ozone layer is a fairy tale in your mind. Surprisingly, that is the only accurate thing you've said here. It's one thing to be an enviro-pig. It's entirely another to actually brag about it! How can you take such pride in it?
