Love the composition but not the tone. Am probably not inclined to a green tone, but hey that's just my opinion. Imagine a subject holding a dagger pointing at the camera....
Onslow
Is it Buck. house - to get more contrast into it use curves (adjustment layer if you have PS) put the usual three points on and move the shadows point (first on left) down and the mid point down till you like what you see. Trying to arrange a landscape outing with Akpe in Essex hope you can come along too.
Blitzz-Licht
i thinks onslow is right, playing with curves and, and maybe partial use of the Abwedler and Nachbelichter tool of photoshop. Sometimes its good to turn it in monochrome in the channel-Mixer and play here with the colors. Or try duplicate the layer and play with the several layer Modus (use it together with a Mask so you have more control). Or try to copy one of the color- channels and insert it as a layer and use here the layer Modus soft light or ineinanderkopieren (maybe in eglisch copytogether dontknow the english version) If you would send me the Pic i will try to use my best on it (But i dont know if it looks better then)

Great composition here. I agree on the depth of the image, and I think curves is the answer, as stated above. Using the lower end of the curve spectrum to deepen the shadows would do a lot for it.
