Description

Lots of volumetric clouds here to provide potential cover for these otherwise doomed Terran Dropships. All models either Wings3d or Bryce 5 originals. Post work using PSP8 and Universe Image Creator.

I once played a WW2 sim and tried to launch an amphibious assault with my Japanese landing crafts against entrenched Marines. I neglected to call in smoke rounds at the landing zone and got my ass kicked! All this to say, I feel for these ships of yours. This is a wonderfully dramatic render, and it definitely passes the density test! :~D Cheers!

Aahhh! This is amazing. Super-dynamic and the volumetric clouds are perfect for this. SciFi imagery at its finest. I bet that was one slow render, but worth the wait.

Wow! That's an intense, extremely well-composed and rendered scene. Very dramatic, and the the feeling of motion and combat is very strong. Incredible!

This is a stunning image, full of action and a great sense of tension! It makes me wonder at the whole story behind this scene. It really draws me in and captures the imagination. Great sense of color, wonderful capture of implied motion and nail-biting action! Great stuff!
