This is indeed a Widow Skimmer but it is a young male. The tip of the tail shows the 2 long upper claspers called cerci (the males also have a lower and small appendage called an epiproct that is not usually obvious) and the tips of the wings lack the darkened areas. Female cerci are almost always shorter and often look more like little spines. Lee
