Description

I took a few snaps of my mums roses in black and white the other day, simply to see how they would turn out... I'm quite liking it. I'm thinking that if the weather is nice today, I might try the fort in B&W also. Same sort of view as the last fort one. If it's any good I'll share it. Lol... Thank you so much for all your comments and ratings on my other uploads. Tracey

I am not a big lover of B&W but this is beautiful, I love the way that you have presented it, just the bud no stem no leaves, the title says it all. As usual a frame to match. Bravo!!!!!

I love anything in B/W, it tends to show more of the objects without the colour distractions...excellent shot

I was wondering how you had done this - then I read your comments and felt a bit daft for not realising straight away! lol. I sometimes take in b/w if the natural light isn't very good, making the colours look a bit drab. Try having a go with sepia too if you're feeling experimental. Wonderful work Tracey!!
